Ever since my father developed diabetes my mother has been very keen on healthy eating. The GI diet has a lot to offer for controlling blood sugar and managing the body fat which increases the risk of later life diabetes. It is fair to say that we live in a world of increasing waistlines; my hope is that with the help of the advice on this site you may be able to avoid the path of obesity.
