A delicious sandwich that is low GI all the way.


Nutty Humus Sandwich  

Ingredients

(Per person)
2 slices soy and linseed(flaxseed) bread
3 teaspoons humus(flaxseed)
1 teaspoon golden linseed
1 teaspoon sunflower seeds
½ tomato
4 slices cucumber

Mix the humus, sunflower seeds and linseeds together in a bowl then spread on both slices of bread. Add the salad.
